- Moved constants into the /utils directory for better organization and reusability across components.
- Improved the Octokit helper to support enhanced stubbing:
- Allows both return data and mock implementation stubbing for more versatile test cases.
- Ensures full TypeScript typing throughout the helper functions to prevent runtime errors and improve developer experience.
