This PR enhances macro rewrite in two folds:

Closes rustfmt fails to format macro call after macro call with invalid syntax #1742.
Allow ast::Ty and ast::Pat to appear in macro arguments (currently rustfmt is only capable of ast::Expr). Closes Code within stringify!(...) and assert_eq!(...) not being formatted very well #1919.
