Background

RiveSharp recently switched to using emscripten 2.0.23, which made it compatible with Uno.Wasm.Bootstrap 3.x and the latest version of Uno.UI and Uno.WinUI under WASM.

The problem

Rive.RiveSharp only works with Uno.Wasm.Bootstrap 3.x. It should work with the latest version as well.
