[ScrollView] Animated.event does not work, when useNativeDriver is set to true #89

Hello
I would like to animate another view based on scroll offset. When I added Animated.event to onScroll callback inside a ScrollView like below:

        onScroll={Animated.event(
          [
            {
              nativeEvent: {
                contentOffset: {
                  y: scrollY,
                },
              },
            },
          ],
          {
            // if you change it to false it works
            useNativeDriver: true,
          }
        )}>

application crashed with below reason:

When I changed useNativeDriver flag to false everything worked fine, but my animation was junky since all data was sent via bridge.

Additional Notes

This issue blocks adding new arch to react-native-pager-view. Initially we thought, we did something wrong inside the library, but it turned out, it does not work in ScrollView too
