This PR is to update the Card Fields integration with billing address inputs and passing the value to the
cardField.submit()method.This is to align with the Developer Documentation that has already been updated (https://developer.paypal.com/docs/checkout/advanced/integrate/#link-addpaypalbuttonsandcardfields).
