Updated the readme.
Meanwhile, some packages need to have their
package.jsonupdated to have thepackage-tablemodule to work properly in the future or to be released (as data is fetched from unpkg). I fixed manually the table in this PR and will be creating PRs for get all the problematic repos fixed for future updates.
