@mattt - just to check with you before merging this, similar to SwiftDocOrg/Markup, I've used a prebuilt from Azure for graphviz here. Assuming you're okay with that, we should get this merged to ensure that we don't accidentally regress. |
Use a newer prebuilt graphviz which supports `gvToolTred` on Windows. This is meant to give feature parity between the various platforms.
