Should I be able to access OSS-Fuzz details?

Even when logged in to oss-fuzz.com and bugs.chromium.org, I cannot access the detailed reports linked in #1979. I think I recall that this has been the case for previous fuzzing reports in gitoxide. I don't know if this is intentional or not.

If it is intended that I should be able to access this, then I can open an issue in oss-fuzz, as described at the end of #1979. For the oss-fuzz maintainers to take action on this, I imagine I would have to show that it is intended that I be able to access the reports, which is why I'm asking here first. If the answer is yes, then I can link here in an oss-fuzz issue.

Thanks. I've opened google/oss-fuzz#13282 for this, and google/oss-fuzz#13283 to make the needed change as well as to update the project repo URL from Byron/gitoxide to GitoxideLabs/gitoxide.
