Error - No Specific Error Message Available

I'm trying to start my Phoenix code editor but I'm getting an error saying "No Specific Error Message Available". I already tried installing it, restarting and then installing, deleting temporary files from my computer but the error still continues.

If anyone knows how to solve this problem, I would appreciate it since, after searching, I can't find any information.

Which OS are you using? Did you just install Phoenix Code, or were you using it before and it suddenly stopped working?

I use Windows 10 Home. I always use Phoenix code editor. Until last Sunday I used it and on Monday when I used it again, it stopped working and that error appeared.

Try restarting the pc, if nothing else changed, it could be a Windows update too.

As I mentioned at the beginning, I already restarted the computer and the problem continues. On the other hand, I highly doubt it is a Windows update since it was working perfectly with the one I have and there was no Phoenix code editor update. I also tried installing a previous version I had and the error continues.
