v3.0.0: A New Look

This release was two years in the making. Too much to cover with a nice CHANGELOG. Suffice it to say v3.0.0 brings a new look to Pattern Lab. Much of the JavaScript has been completely rewritten. One of the biggest changes is support for plugins to add their own panels to the modal pop-ups. Just need to document but happy new look/functionality!

Stable Release

This is an attempt to stabilize various libraries for the standard editions of Pattern Lab.
