How can we install Kaytu CLI?
Previously, this repository name was kaytu-io/kaytu and Kaytu CLI was published in GitHub Releases.
The document still says you can download Kaytu CLI from GitHub Releases, but actually there is no release now.
https://docs.opensecurity.sh/enterprise-features/workload-optimizer/how-to-optimize-aws-rds
https://github.com/kaytu-io/kaytu is redirected to https://github.com/opengovern/opensecurity .
GitHub Releases and tags of kaytu-io/kaytu were deleted.
Previously kaytu-io/kaytu had tags such as v0.16.2 and v0.4.1, but opengovern/opensecurity doesn't.

The repository opengovern/opensecurity looks totally different from kaytu-io/kaytu.
What happened?
Background
I'm a maintainer of aqua, which is a CLI version manager.
aqua officially supported Kaytu CLI, meaning you could install Kaytu CLI using aqua.
https://github.com/aquaproj/aqua-registry/blob/e831e00a99f512934dd18533d8a1447b86b3aefd/pkgs/kaytu-io/kaytu/registry.yaml
But the repository kaytu-io/kaytu was transferred to opengovern/opensecurity and CI failed, so I looked into it.
Then I found the repository was totally changed, so I raised this discussion.
