The main feedback from the committee is to include code examples in the use cases, so that we can better discuss the details of the proposal.

Here're the documents referenced in that first paper above that is labeled 19-230 on "Formal Requirements" toward enumeration types. 19-230 was discussed at the recent J3 committee meeting and the document 19-230r2 is the last revision of it from that meeting.
