Hi, in issue #6255, the original poster @mateusza proposed additional image comparison modes like

  1. overlay
  2. blend
  3. mark changed pixels

Any chance we can see any of those implemented?

Overlay should already be present in 1.14.
What do you mean by blend? Because if you mean that you can choose what percentage of the old and new picture gets shown using a slider, then that is also already implemented.
The only remaining feature missing (if I understand correctly what you mean by "blend") is "mark changed pixels".
All other features have been implemented already.

For further information, please have a look at #14450

That's awesome. This was the only thing that stopped us from using Gitea here :)
And yes, with blend I thought about blending images over. Marked changed pixels would still be something I would be interested in, but overlay and blend are already a huge improvement for us.
