Bug description

When searching in the Requester field of the Actors pressing enter on a selection submits the ticket form.
The Observer and Assigned to field are working fine.

  1. Go to "Create ticket" Page
  2. Search for Actors in "Requester" field
  3. Press enter

Tested with beta1, currently I'm not able to install/update to beta 2.

I confirm the issue. Rather than just submitting the form to reload it and consider the new requester entities, it is submitting the form as if the Add button was pressed. Issue doesn't appear in 10.0 where the form properly reloads.
