If I create a shortcut to some specific applications, it doesn't stick, i.e., when Thor Launcher is restarted, the shortcut is not there.
This seems to be the case in particular with any app that is not in /Applications. Case in point: I manage my open-source applications (e.g., Emacs) in /LocalApplications, and I cannot use Thor Launcher with any of them.
I do have the same problem with Mail (shortcut doesn't stick), even though it is located in /Applications.
However, I can set a shortcut to Finder, even though its path is /System/Library/CoreServices/Finder.app
