react-scripts binary is disappeared

I using both yarn and npm. After i install yarn add moment, react-scripts is not recognized as operable. Then i check bin folder, it was deleted. In other projects created with create-app-react everything fine. I faced this problem second time. I don't want install all modules again. How to prevent this ?

Can i generate binary files again? Or can i copy binary from other folder and place it ?

Please report the bug to Yarn and use npm if it keeps repeating until Yarn is fixed.

You should be able to run npm install (if yarn doesn't work).

@gaearon Спасибо. Просто локально с другой папки установил.
