We should enable source-build for platforms beyond Linux. More details to come. This is just a tracking issue for now.

The Unified Build project enables building .NET for Windows from source in a reasonable manor. This is not a pure build from source offering like what is available for Linux as there will be some external components not included in the build graph (e.g. prebuilts). The Windows offering is supported on a best effort basis.

Please open issues/discussions topic for feedback on the source-build offering for Windows.
