We are building website that allow users to create broadcasting channel video and other users are able to connect to stream and watch it.

So far so good - we created a working demo for users connecting to channels and watch broadcasters. Simple and awesome.

However, we need additional option that I can't find - video quality settings.
Given that broadcaster has high quality camera
And broadcaster want to reduce video quality
Then I should be able to give him option to do that.

Is that something doable ?

ps: perhaps twilio protocol isn't allowing this, I am just a beginner in video streaming ..
