Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

There isn't a need for the server to communicate externally

Describe the solution you'd like

Provide an option to disable reaching out to the amazon/cloudfare services to request the IP ranges
https://ip-ranges.amazonaws.com/ip-ranges.json
https://www.cloudflare.com/ips-v4
https://www.cloudflare.com/ips-v6

Describe alternatives you've considered

You could block these domains on internal DNS resolves or set firewall rules on container, machine, or gateway to disable lookups from the container but an option provided to minimize external connections would be best.

I have blocked it via the firewall - can someone explain to me what these areas are needed for?
