GraphPlot.jl is not actively maintained and currently CI is broken on #1116 because it's compat is outdated.

I'm fine to change to another Makie.jl. Should we not move this issue to Arena.jl?

No, this is to replace the plotDFG extension in DFG, I like it in DFG for the convenience.
